Heat Lights and Warming Shelves:
Warming Lights:
Infra-red heat lights allow the cook to keep food warm. They are available in select models of stainless steel Vent-A-Hoods.
In undercabinet models they can be installed in the top so the light bulb is approximately flush with the bottom of the 9" tall canopy.
On taller models, the lights are mounted with an extension to lower the bulbs to the optimum distance from the warming shelves.
Maximum 250 watt light bulbs. Bulbs not included.

Incandescent lights are available in some models. Florescent lights are available in cool white plus natural light.

Warming Shelf Panel:
The warming shelf comes equipped with fold-down wire shelves and stainless backsplash.
Shelves: 14" wide x 10" deep
Backsplash: 14 1/4" high x length.
Ledge: 3 1/2" deep
Custom lengths and additional fold down shelves are available.
