Selecting the right char broiler for your foodservice operation involves many factors. Char broilers are available in both gas (Natural and LP) and electric. The char broilers come in widths from 15’’ to 60’’ and grill depths of 20’’ or 25’’. Some models are available in both Lava Rock and Radiant designs. |

Star-Max Electric Char-broilers are designed for high performance at
an affordable price. Star-Max char-broilers deliver maximum performance
and provide years of maintenance free operation.
Two types of heat transfer – radiation
direct from elements and conduction through the grates – provide even
heat distribution for maximum cooking performance. Star's
Electric Char-Broilers operate on either
208V or 240V. These units allow for either 1 phase or 3 phase power.
