For more than 40 years Sitram has supplied top chefs across Europe with a comprehensive range of heavy duty "Catering" cookware.  Sitram's success is the result of the heavy copper bottom sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 stainless steel. Copper, the preferred choice of professionals is the best conductor of heat and guarantees fast, uniform heat distribution.  Manufactured of surgical quality 18/10 stainless steel for maximum durability. The cookware is also impervious to acidic foods: won't pit, discolor or alter the favors of foods. It's dishwasher safe and carries a lifetime limited warranty.

 Catering Set

Triple bottom composed of 2.5 mm copper core sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 stainless steel thus insuring the even diffusion of heat.
Except for smallest saucepans and 3 smallest braisiers which are 1 mm thick.
