Copper, the preferred choice of professionals is the best conductor of heat and guarantees fast, uniform heat distribution.  Manufactured of surgical quality 18/10 stainless steel for maximum durability. The cookware is also impervious to acidic foods: won't pit, discolor or alter the favors of foods. It's dishwasher safe and carries a lifetime limited warranty.
