The DIVA 10-CT is a free-standing, single burner induction cooktop, powered by a 3600W generator producing over 25,000 BTU’s of power. It is designed for both back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house applications, and its low profile design makes it easy to place and ergonomically easier to work with. Power and flexibility are available at the touch of a button with 4 presets, 12 power levels and auto shut-off. The touch controls are housed under glass and can therefore not be damaged by repeated use or jagged edges. The burner incorporates a double generator coil that automatically expands from 7” to 11” and is protected by over-heat and over-flow safety features. |
