SUMMIT's juice dispenser comes with a clear polycarbonate tank with a paddle mixer. The paddle mixer and 304 stainless steel evaporator is suitable for both high and low density beverages. Also comes with separate switches for cooling and mixing. The polycarbonate taps are easily disassembled for maintenance and cleaning.
