Construction Features
- Manufactured of 304 stainless steel and decorated in anodized aluminum
- Unitized drawn inner stainless steel base for complete sanitation

- Internal illumination of displayed foods provided by an encased cool
fluorescent lamp

- Upper stainless steel baffle plate provides drip-free contamination
on any displayed food products for 100% proper sanitation

Technical Features
- Designed to operate in an air-conditioned environment under a maximum
ambient temperature of 75F with a relative humidity of 55%
- Temperatures are correctly maintained by the electronic SMARTEMP adjustable thermostat
- In addition to the on/off switch, an added safety feature is incorporated
whereby an automatic cut-off system will switch on/off the motor whenever
defrosting is necessary
- The temperature is shown at all times with digital indication
- Hidden sensors make this unit very easy to maintain
- The required temperature is achieved in only a few minutes
- These units shall hold all foods between 33F and 41F (1C and 5C)
in the entire interior cabinet
- Special "cold-diffusion" system is incorporated, providing uniformity
of temperature for the complete surface of the case
- Environmentally-friendly R-134A type freon and injected insulation
throughout the entire body
- Certified to NSF Std 7 for Underwriters Laboratories and UL/CUL Classified
