Each unit offers a portable and economical means of cooking virtually any food dish that comes to mind.
Although each unit is manufactured from durable cast iron, they are lightweight and totally portable.
Great for use with the Turkey Pot. The Hurricane 63-5100 is a favorite with caterers and outdoor cooks.
Its heavy wall cast construction is designed for really big jobs.

The powerful 35,000 BTU burner is great for deep frying a turkey, heating 20 qts. of soup at a film location, or simmering chili and stew for large events.

Each burner produces 15,000 BTU's

 Hurricane Hose Kits: Includes UL listed regulator, hose assembly rated @ 350 psi. The 63-5114 kit consists of a low pressure L.P. gas regulator with a standard p.o.l. installed into the inlet and a five foot hose with a 3/8 female flare swivel installed into the outlet.
