New Dual Air - Impingement Type Conveyor Oven
Bakers Pride is pleased to introduce the newest state of the arts Dual Air impingement conveyor ovens. The Dual Air conveyor ovens feature innovative, unique patented technology that will revolutionize how and where conveyors are used throughout the commercial foodservice industry. Patented, dual, independent, top and bottom variable air speed fans allow the operator to adjust air velocities with a simple rotary knob, eliminating the need for expensive and time consuming hardware changes every time the operators wants to prepare a new menu items.
Coupled with independent, operator adjustable top and bottom heat, the Dual Air conveyor will bake, cook, warm, re-thermalize, or finish a nearly infinite number of menu items - one after the other, while traditional impingement type conveyor ovens have limited flexibility and are primarily used to prepare only one or two menu items over and over again.
The VHVA 1620-E features a 16Ó wide belt and a 20Ó long cook chamber while the VHVA-1828-E features an 18Ó wide belt and a 28Ó long cook chamber. Both feature cook/bake times from to and may be stacked up to three high.
